Day Seven

It’s time to head back to Fort Worth. Goodbye Ash, Steph, Ellie, Brooks and Charleston Henry. Thank you so much for having us. We had an amazing time spending time with you. Can’t wait to come back and visit again one day.

On the way back to Fort Worth, we stopped in at the Magnolia Silos and Meat Church in Waxahachie. Which is about an hour from Fort Worth. Tom loves watching their YouTube videos on how they prepare, season and cook different kinds of meats. Thanks to Ryan Kimball for giving us a heads up that it was so close to us.

The entrance, followed by some beautiful boutique shops.
They had lots of different food trucks to choose from.
We settled on some cupcakes 🙌 🧁

As there was no gluten free food, we stopped into this little brewery on our walk back to the car. Here, we were served by a very kind young man who recommended to order the sausages/bratwurst, sourkrout and corn ribs.

Why not have a nice glass of wine while I wait for my order 🍷
It was soooooo good 🤤

Next stop, Meat Church in Waxahachie!

There is a Dance Works here!
I saw this in a window shop, and just loved it! So, I took a photo of it!

Now, that all our shopping is done, it’s time to get the hire car back to Fort Worth.

Then, dinner and line dancing with Nathan, Diana and Lily at Billy Bob’s.

Coming into Downtown Fort Worth and out the front of Billy Bob’s Texas.

This place was HUGE !! They had heaps of pool tables, arcade games, a space to hold a rodeo, ample tables to eat at, and of course, a big dance floor for line dancing.

After dinner, we were off to see the Water Gardens.

So pretty at night time.

Now, home for some 💤
